Only because I can’t give zero stars. We had the absolute worst experience getting my daughter’s ear pierced there. I wish I would have sucked up the extra 15 minutes and went to a piercing place on Willowbrook. The ear gun jammed twice on my poor daughter. Once on the right side, where the piercing didn’t even go through and they had to redo it. And once on the left where the back of the earring didn’t connect. Staff there sucks
Horrible customer service on 9/9/23. Very rude and unprofessional. The lone girl working never once looked in our direction to offer assistance. Went to Icing instead where we were greeted with professionalism.
