am writing this review to formally express my deep disappointment regarding the treatment I received at the Claire’s location in Saint John, New Brunswick. I have been a frequent and loyal customer for quite some time, consistently visiting this store to redeem my monthly loyalty offers. Today I went to get a piercing and the girl was so sweet and nice!!
Went there for my second piercing , lady put dot with pen and pierced far away from that dot . Later she said i have to pay again to get it fixed . Paid again for that and then other girl she again messed up with it . Everyday looking at mirror i regret going to claires and the staff was really rude even though i was talking really nice .she was like talking so rude to avoid the blame of her mistake.
I had such a lovely experience at Claire’s McAllister Saint John! Sophie and Maggie who work there are absolute angels, so kind, sweet, patient and helpful. I was having an issue with my payment and they were both so understanding and cooperative throughout the whole situation. They made me feel really comfortable and never made me feel stressed at all. Recently visited the store and a colleague named Maggie was super helpful, was happy to help with any and all problems and answer any questions I had. Would recommend fully to any and everyone who walks past.
