1 out of 5 experience, me and my friend were in the mall and went to Claire’s to look around and the woman on duty was checking us out as if we were going to steal, while we were trying in sunglasses. The employees are nice but their products (earrings specifically) are of such poor quality. We have purchased at least 13 pairs from their premium line and 3 pairs have broken within a month. Sure, we've replaced one but just gave up. We won't be buying anything from here again as quality is shoddy

I have shopped here repeatedly and nearly every time there is a 20 minute wait to cash out since there’s normally only one staff member and they are always performing piercings so there’s never a cashier. Very frustrating when you just want one thing to grab but no one to ring you through. This has happened atleast 5 times to me in this location. Last few visits there has been a man appearing from the back room but he never assists he just stands there awkwardly as the line grows with no cashier.

Ok so if you get your ears pierced here you can come back every month to get a free pair of earrings under $17 . We tried it works , but you have to sign up when you get the piercing!!! Totally worth it

Friendly staff and a lot of variety for fancy jewelries! My girl loves going to this place.
