Took my granddaughter (age 2) here to have ears pierced... Teenaged clerk was very gentle and patient with my fussy toddler who didn't want her ears even touched! Let her hold a animal we haven't even paid for yet and was very helpful and informative about care of ears after piercing. Would recommend Claire's to anyone with a young child wanting ears pierced.
Made an appt on the Claire website for my infants first ear piercing 3 days in advance in Houma. Get to my appt only to be turned away because the lady is closing the store early at 2 when they close at 6pm AND no one is available to pierce ears. Upset that I made the long drive over just to be turned away with no explanation. The app allows you to let them know you are there when you arrive for your scheduled time and at no time was I contacted to reschedule beforehand. Beware of making appt on the website.
Hey, so, I guess store hours are only a suggestion. Went to go get ears peirced, made an appointment online and everything. When we got there, the gate was down with a sign that said "be back at 3" and it was 4:15. Very disappointing, however somewhat not surprised.
Terrible. I went to Mall just to shop at Claire's and waited for NOONE to show up as the sign said, "back at 3pm." Now I know🤷♀️
Why have a phone if you ain't going to answer it? Why interview people and waste there time if you won't hire them? I been through 2 interviews with u and icings yet now nobody is answering seriously 😑 this is pathetic DO BETTER OR LEAVE THE BUSINESS LIFE ALONE
