Worst experience with ear piercing for my daughter. It was crooked for one of the ears, when we called for correction, they re-pierced the same ear. 2 weeks later it fell off, and we noticed that it was still crooked after correction. It’s a painful process for the kid, I would not recommend anyone to take their kids to this place. I’ll be getting it corrected again somewhere else.
I took my 4 & 6 year old granddaughters to get their ears pierced March 1! The staff was amazing!! The associate was kind and patient with the girls, as they were both scared, and they did both ears at the same time!
We bought a kids coin bank shaped like a rainbow. The girl was so helpful and had great customer service skills. Fully engaged.
Denise the store manager is a fantastic piercer she did my seconds for me and went great she went above and beyond overall great experience I recommend icing and Claire’s for piercings
