Denise the store manager is a fantastic piercer she did my seconds for me and went great she went above and beyond overall great experience I recommend icing and Claire’s for piercings
Very rude manager, only shows up for a paycheck nothing more does not care about customer satisfaction, I followed all directions and tried swapping my piercings out after three and a half weeks as directed, but after cleaning them I noticed my holes had closed up after five minutes. Called them about my situation, and they said idgaf. Buy new ones, terrible terrible terrible
Claire's in my own opinion I would not get my ears pierced here just because I think it is Sketchy and alot of my friends got their ears pierced There and thay got Infected. So that is my opinion. But their Jewelry is not bad but also not good I really depends what you get
Very rude employee!She did not wear a name tag , her name is Kathy or Cathy, called herself an assistant manager !She denied giving me free pair of earings for the previous month October, by my punch card that I have !I am a mother of two little kids and a full time student and did not have time !But her rudeness killed me!!!
