Ally at the Claire’s in the Staten Island Mall was absolutely amazing! I was visiting Staten Island for the holiday season and had such a great experience with her. When we first arrived, she was piercing a newborn baby while there was a full line of customers waiting to pay, and she handled everything with so much calm and grace. Nicole was so helpful and attentive to my newborn child while getting her ears pierced Excellent Management
My daughter got her 2nd lobe pierced by Nicole, what a wonderful experience. She was amazing and so gentle with my girl. When I took my daughter in June one of the worker who is no longer there pierced it wrong and it got infected. I called the store and spoke to nicole and she told me to wait a couple of weeks until it healed and to bring her back to get it re pierced. Thank you nicole! The customer service in this store is amazing!
