The moment I walked into Claire’s, Ally greeted me warmly and was incredibly helpful. I was a little nervous about getting another piercing, but she was so kind, patient, and reassuring throughout the entire experience. Her nurturing approach made me feel completely comfortable!!

Everything was nicely organized, and the staff Ally was friendly and helpful. She responded every questions and recommended some really cute things at good prices. I came in today to get my second holes redone, Ally was very helpful with explaining my options. I definitely recommend going to see her to get your ears pierced she's very patient and professional!!
