My daughter got her 2nd lobe pierced by Nicole, what a wonderful experience. She was amazing and so gentle with my girl. When I took my daughter in June one of the worker who is no longer there pierced it wrong and it got infected. I called the store and spoke to nicole and she told me to wait a couple of weeks until it healed and to bring her back to get it re pierced. Thank you nicole! The customer service in this store is amazing!
Can I just say what a wonderful experience. I got my 2nd lobe pierced by kristy and she was wonderful. But what really wowed me is the communication this store has. I called this morning and spoke with the manager I just wanted to make sure the price and understand better as to what I was getting. When I arrived the manager wasn’t there but the young lady kristy knew already what I wanted. Most businesses don’t do well because of poor communication… and if this company doesn’t realize what a wonderful manager you have workin... read more
