Will not be going back! The 2 employees were young girls that were very rude when I had questions about ear piercings. She spoke so softly I couldn’t hear her and then got an attitude when I asked her to repeat herself.
You cannot get in touch with them. They haven’t either update their number or they just got the phone off the hook the girl who pierced my baby ears put Mix match earrings in my baby ears and charge me over $170 for earrings that doesn’t match.
We got our ears pierced here and the manager/owner pierced our ears without cleaning the station between piercings, or even switching out his gloves, because all of our ears got infected and we had to go to urgent care, but nothing happened to the family member who had got pierced before us. We spent over $400 and ended up at an urgent care.

Okay when I first got my second ear piercings I really thought they looked great. I took care of them and clean them every day, no infections or anything. BUT I am now 10 weeks post my piercings and I literally have to remove them and let them heal. The gun caused the piercings to go sideways through my ear and now the backs of my earrings rub together and hurts very badly.
