STAY AWAY! Got my 4, almost 5, year old’s lobe piercing done here just yesterday. The 2 girls pierced my daughter’s lobes simultaneously. One piercing was done well. The other was at such a bad angle that the backing was showing from the front of her ear. I talked to them about it and they just shrugged it off. Went home to digest, and no, the earring placement was far too low in the back. Called another Claire’s location and they suggested contacting corporate due to the bad piercing. Will not be going back! The 2 employees were young girls that were very rude when I had questions about ear piercings. She spoke so softly I couldn’t hear her and then got an attitude when I asked her to repeat herself.
You cannot get in touch with them. They haven’t either update their number or they just got the phone off the hook the girl who pierced my baby ears put Mix match earrings in my baby ears and charge me over $170 for earrings that doesn’t match.
