The only reason I give it a 1 is because you can’t go lower and is the two women working there were incredibly nice and helpful. The part I am pissed about is the quality of the product. We make our kids work for their money. My daughter spent her earned money on 5 different items that cost her $67. We live an hour and a half away. STAY AWAY! Got my 4, almost 5, year old’s lobe piercing done here just yesterday. The 2 girls pierced my daughter’s lobes simultaneously. One piercing was done well. The other was at such a bad angle that the backing was showing from the front of her ear. I talked to them about it and they just shrugged it off. Went home to digest, and no, the earring placement was far too low in the back. Called another Claire’s location and they suggested contacting corporate due to the bad piercing.
