I went to Claire’s today and had a great experience! Mary was incredibly helpful and kind. She answered all my questions and made sure I found exactly what I needed. Her customer service was excellent, super friendly and patient. Thank you Mary for making my visit so pleasant
The girl with the short hair who work here is chill and friendly. Even though I hadn’t pierce my ears yet, I wanted to know the process. She informed me well with good advices. Good Customer service!
Mary in Claire’s is such a sweetheart. She helped us so much with getting my daughters ears pierced and was so kind and loving, a total sweetheart definitely recommend asking for Mary when you get your ear pierced or just for some help.
The representative that pierced my son's ear did not register me at checkout when my son's ears were pierced last August after she told me she would "take care of the registration and make sure to look out for emails from Claire's" and we bought him a pair of earrings for $99. The Claire's customer service person was useless and said, "Unfortunately, I cannot find you in the system" even though their representative screwed up. Not forgetting the in store manager smirked at me and was rude.
Prejudice cashiers.
