I stopped by this Claire's store inside Northridge mall today with my wife to look for things we can get for our daughter. We got our daughter ear pierced at the Burbank location so we were just looking at some earrings here and also other stuff as well. I had a great experience at claires! I took my 9 year old son to get his ears pierced for the first time. The staff there was very knowledgeable and helpful. She did a great job with the piercing and was very gentle. She clearly explained the whole process and aftercare and my son felt very comfortable. The whole thing was quick, easy, and affordable. I went to Claire’s in Northridge today to get my baby girl her first piercings. I also joined her as I thought it would be the cutest thing. I’m so annoyed at the fact that Karina upcharged both my daughter and my piercings by selling us their more expensive piercing kit that includes their “Rapid Cleanser”. To give a bit more detail, my daughter’s baby stud and piercing would have been $119.99 with their “regular” cleaning solution, and mine would have been $65.99.
