I stopped by this Claire's store inside Northridge mall today with my wife to look for things we can get for our daughter. We got our daughter ear pierced at the Burbank location so we were just looking at some earrings here and also other stuff as well. One of the worker approach us and was very helpful explaining things to us. She showed us different earrings, bracelet and jewelry. She also showed us a bow for her hair and different hair clips. I had a great experience at claires! I took my 9 year old son to get his ears pierced for the first time. The staff there was very knowledgeable and helpful. She did a great job with the piercing and was very gentle. She clearly explained the whole process and aftercare and my son felt very comfortable. The whole thing was quick, easy, and affordable.
