The staff are absolutely trash. I went to Claire’s in hopes i could find a certain my melody item ; unfortunately they sold it so I left as nothing else there sparked my interest: When I walked in the two employees were grilling me down hard , and whispering about me . When I left I heard the one employee said told ya she wouldn’t buy anything. I bit my tongue . I won’t be supporting Claire’s from now on. Horrible customer service , horrible employees. Staff member was very cold and unfriendly.. especially for a six-year-old girl to get her ears pierced. Absolutely no personality or comfort or conversation was given when doing the ear piercing. The staff member did not smile make any kind of conversation or eye contact. Clearly doesn’t Like her job or people..
Honestly one star is more than they deserve. Took my 6 year today ( Jan 24th 2026) to get her ear pierced, we got there right when it opened, the cashier didn’t make us feel warm or welcome, especially with my 6 year old who was nervous. She didn’t bother talking to my daughter or saying anything to help ease her mind. She was so unresponsive and should not be in any kind of customer service. I think her name might have been Sarah or something like that . You might wanna hire better workers Claire’s. So disappointed.
Great place to go get your baby's ears pierced. They are helpful and careful.
