TERRIBLE experience coming into this store. When we walked in there were 2 girls working and I wish I knew their names. One of the girls decided to sit on the counter with her back towards us right when we walked through the doors. They both were talking to each other and acted like we weren't even there. Hannah from the Traverse Mountain store was picking up a shift in Saratoga Springs. She was so kind to my wife. She had just been through major brain surgery. With all the MRIs we'd been through, her ear lobe piercings were starting to heal over. Hannah took the time and care to get new earnings in without having to pierce them again.
