I recently visited Claire's to get my ears pierced, and while the overall experience was good, there are a few things to keep in mind. I chose the Pink Ice earrings, which cost me $91. They advertise free piercing, but in reality, the starting price for any pair of earrings begins at around $40, and the cost goes up if you choose 14k gold, which is about $90 or more. Honestly, the manager of the store is awful and inconsiderate. She was so unhelpful and a simple piercing took over an hour. My sister left for two minutes to get her ID because although we were waiting there already for 30 minutes she never said we needed one. She started piercing other people and did not care. The only reason I’m adding one extra star is because the rest of the employees were very nice and one even came back from her lunch and was surprised that we were still there.
Liz, the store manager is so helpful and nice. She made my daughter's birthday when she confirmed a sale and it was stickerbeans heaven. Everytime we go she has a smile on face and is courteous.
Me and my mom got our ears pierced by the store manager Liz she was amazing.
I had a great time shopping here today for my nieces birthday. The store manager Liz was so helpful and attentive with a great energy and smile on her face! I appreciated all of her help and insight on what to get as a gift!
