Had my daughter’s birthday party at this location and it was litterally the best decision I could have made the staff was so helpful (GM NATALEE AND JASMINE) they treated us like royalty. We had a good time by playing games and shopping. If you are considering having a party or going Shopping this location and staff was great!
Worst customer service. I do not recommend this place. The items displayed on clearence and when you ask the lady on the front desk. They denied for the offer and changed the offer sign in front of you saying "this offer does not exist."
Worst experience. I brought my twin babies to get their ear pierced and one of the ladies had the worst customer service. Two ladies did my babies ears and one of the lady (the one with the bad customer service) put the earring crooked and did the piercing again. She didn’t even apologize she was just there with a mad face. I do not recommend this place. Take your babies somewhere else!!!
