Excelent worker. Awesome! Empathetic with the girl who was going to be pierced. She is 8 years old and asked her if she was a professional, which was embarrassing for me but Nicole was calm and gave my girl trust and confidence. She is friendly, explained the cleaning and made sure we understood the cleaning process. Besides, she was patience and helpful if I wanted to record the moment, hold my daughter’s hand. She is great!
Our little mall ! Love the new look, atmosphere and more stores. Won't need to go to Guilford anymore. !!!
