I'm very upset with this location I had booked a nose piercing at this location for my granddaughter who just turned 13yrs old on their website (canada) it said that they do it and i booked my appointment where you have to put in their age and name etc got the email conformation got texts reminder of the appointment. Went to get the right side of my nose pierced here and they did a horrible job!!!! Not only did the gun jam but they were yanking and pulling on the piercing gun to get it off which hurt a lot! And that’s not even the worst part! She pierced it wrong! It came out right at the bottom of my nose! I sat there and cried and told it her it’s not suppose to look like that! No five star service in anyway. I’d give less than a star. Staff do not greet you or ask if you need help. Multiple staff on duty too and many were free. They glared at looked away. Took my business to Urban Kids across the way. Way better customer service and prices. Bought what I needed at half the price and same quality level ! Others in the store were not addressed in any way either. I’m sure they too noticed the low level service for a retail shop.
