Twice I’ve gone in and the person that I think is the manager was not very customer service driven. Not at all friendly. The last time I asked for my ears to be pierced and was told that they wouldn’t do it as it was cartilage. It’s not, it was my ear lobe. Pretty sure she just didn’t want to do it. I have two granddaughters that used to love it there but we will not be back. Too bad.
I bought a pair of 18k gold plated earrings that were 36 dollars. After one week wearing them my ears turned black. I understand the lovely staff here have no part in this and they do a great job! I went to customer service to explain what had happened and told them I went as a visit and live over 1.5 hr away. The customer service agent asked for a picture of my ear I sent her the picture. Just had such a kind and patient experience with the staff Jennifer and Kiana piercing three 5 year old girls today. They were so sweet and considerate even though our girls were nervous and unsure. So appreciate their support! Such good service and our girls are thrilled. THANK YOU ❤

I went in there this afternoon wanting to find something to help me feel pretty. I'm a male by the way, not that it should matter. The wonderful assistant was very helpful and attentive and didn't blink an eye.
