I had a wonderful experience at Claire’s! I took my 10 month old daughter to get her ears pierced, and Sonia, the store manager, was amazing. She was welcoming, patient, and explained the entire process and aftercare while answering all of our questions. She did a great job calming my daughter and making her feel safe. Sonia also helped us pick out earrings for when her ears heal. Overall, such a pleasant experience! We will definitely be coming back to Claire’s in the future.
