Anany was a tremendous help in getting my ears pierced. She was very professional but also kind, patient, and helpful supplying lots of information to me when I was figuring out what I wanted to do!
Very bad customer service. The Tier II customer services mentioned that Claire is not piercing professional. But they still carry on piercing services. My 5 years old girl got infected after 4 months piercing and caring. The Tier II CS said that I signed waiver form so they regret that my daughter im that situation. A stupid and unacceptable answer.
Terrible treatment of staff from manager in the store. I'd put her name on here, but won't for her privacy. Didn't even care customers were in the store. Highly unprofessional, and should be fired. I told her I'll make a review, said go ahead, they won't see it anyways. She also used to work at Northgate location. Seems lazy.
