They had cheep employees they don't know how to treat ears right after getting them pierced and my earrings got into my ears and they didn't help at all
The person working in the store was so patient and helped my daughters budget properly. Excellent service.
The manager is such a lovely and friendly person. We went for a piercing and she was very patient with us.
