My 10 yr wanted her 2nd ear piercing, after choosing 5 different style earings , that were out of stock, we finally chose a simple diamond stud, but it was smaller. It almost looks like the earing gets stuck while the worker is piercing her ear in the video. After 2 weeks, the earing pushed into my daughter's ear, got stuck and infected. Video for proof. Please do not use this place for ear piercings.
Misleading corporate website, but thats out of their control. Overall good customer service in store.
