If I could give this store a half star I would. Usually my experiences at this location is amazing since I go there once in a while or sometimes often. Me and my friend went into the store for some clip on earrings for our birhtdays since wanna decide if we want a piercing or not. Online the clip-ons were all on clearance but when my friend asked the cashier if they was 70% off, the cashier was really rude about how it was full price and the ones on clearance say 70%. she was really rude. I walked in to get my 2nd and 3rd ear piercings since I had my ears gauged a long time ago and can’t wear stud earrings because of it. The staff were so friendly and did a great job explaining the pricing and everything. I only paid for two “starter kits” which is the jewelry itself and cleaning solution.
