Bought earrings for my wife, went back 2 days later with the unopened box and receipt because the post was too long. The employee didn’t even bother to look at them just brushed us off with “no exchanges or refunds.” Rude, dismissive, and careless. Spend your money here only if you’re ready to waste it.
