Very similar experience to the most recent review. Employee was washing the windows, took my niece here to see if she wanted anything - they have little water bottles and my niece being a 4 year old put her mouth on the one bottle - which her mother and I reprimanded her for. Shortly after she was looking at some perfumes, the one scent didn’t have any “testers” available so I asked the woman if we could smell it…no eye contact or anything just said “well we didn’t say anything about the bottle”, we immediately left. I have been shopping at this Claire’s location ever since I was a little girl and it was still on the first floor of the mall. Staff has always been friendly and I’ve never had a problem, until two days ago. I walked in and was not even greeted. There was an employee, an older hispanic woman, maybe around her 50’s-60’s, who was already piercing someone else at the moment, so i waited until they were done. Rude people working there they’re not honest when I talk to them they call like next customer It’s so awful I like Claire’s but after this trip I won’t If I can I will give them 0 star shame
