Went in for a very special piercing. Elizabeth was fabulous! She was calming and professional. She talked me through it and everything went great!
Selection was great. Service could use some improvement. Overall good experience
I went in with two of my friends, and we were all pretty nervous. Michelle was super kind and helped us with our nerves. She made our experience super amazing!!
My brother wanted his ears pierced and we were met with a very grumpy angry woman. The woman woth all the face piercings. I've witnessed her yelling at other younger staff members. Noticed she was alone today. Grumpy people shouldn't be giving piercings. We got as far as getting the tablet from her to fill out our info. Talked my bro out of getting a piercing from her. I sure wouldn't. Wouldn't recommend.
