Was told if the earring came out & I kept the earring I could bring it back & get it re pierced. Took my son back & they told me I would have to buy another set of earrings & pay full price just to pierce one ear.
I didn't get her name, but the young girl who pierced my ears (July 4th) was absolutely fantastic. My piercings look great, are healing nicely, and are symmetrical. She was so sweet and kind...Great customer service! I wish I would have caught her name but to the store clerk working the holiday....thank you so very much!
