The cashier was excessively rude. She was not treating the customers with respect and dismissing their needs. I’m in customer service myself and the pillar of customer service and treating others with respect and tending to their needs. Horrible experience.
The cashier was very rude , racist and unfriendly. She kept following me and my friend around and didn’t acknowledge other customers. I work in retail so I understand how irritating things could get some times , me and my friend were so nice the whole time, she had no right to roll her eyes at us and give us attitude for no reason at all because of some miscommunication that could easily be cleared up and addressed better if she just asked.
