They did not have Pokémon cards
Visited the store around 4:30 PM on 3/15/26. It seemed as though only 1 gentleman was working the store. He was doing some piercings for a family. I stood at the checkout counter for about 5 min waiting for check out. Gentleman didn’t acknowledge me at all so I left. Will not return.
I took my girls to get their ears pierced and Dustin W was working the entire store and piercings by himself!! He was amazing and remained calm while the store was packed on a Sunday and still managed to make my girls feel calm when he gave the piercings. Shame on Claire’s to do that to their employees. Pay Dustin W more.
