Really impressed by the service i received today. The girl working was very helpful and did a great job on my ear piercing!
The girls there today wouldn't even help me. I wanted information about getting my girls ears pierced, and it seemd like they could care less.
Sierra is the best ever! She had helped me look for earrings and fun merch for a bachelorette party I had coming up! She was super helpful and is overall just the sweetest person! I loved this Claire's store, probably the best one I have ever been in.
visited for daughters birthday shopping on a sunday and store was packed and only had one worker. We visited at 1pm on a Sunday. This was a lot for the worker, although she managed customers well the customers and myself had to suffer by longer wait times. I was understanding as I worked for claires in my youth in management but I would imagine that times have changed so much in the current that at least two associates should be present in any store not just for their safety but for a better shopping experience.
