We went to Claire’s on New Year’s Day and the store was closing at 6 and we got there at 5:45 to get my nephews ears pierced. The store was packed and Isabella was working alone. By the time she got to us it was 6 and instead of her saying she wanted to go home she stayed open for us. This young lady deserves a raise and she had a big smile even at closing time! Her smile was better than the emoji of a smile!! Pay that woman more she is well deserved !
Had a lovely experience getting piercings here by Melissa! Got my fourth holes on my lobes and a conch piercing on one of my ears. She was piercing a little girls ears before me as well as another customer, while ringing customers out and helping others, very impressive! She was patient with the little girl, gave her some time between each one, and took the other customer in between. I had a very lovely experience. I got my second and third holes pierced on my ears, didn’t hurt one bit. The lovely women who took care of me was named Isabella. She was very bright, made me feel comfortable and her vibe was amazing. The confidence she gave me, I’ll forever be grateful for. Definitely recommend if you want to get your ears pierced, she’s the one you want to go to.
Got my ears pierced for a second time here. This was about 7 weeks ago and I can switch to regular earrings in about a week! They did a great job both times. No infection. No pain. Basic lobe piercing.
