I got my daughters ears pierced qt this location. The initial lady was informative and did explain what she will be doing etc which was good. For pricing for studs I do find was really expensive compared to years ago being $12.95 for certain studs and goes up with the little gem colored earrings etc. I did find that while marking my daughters ears using the little marker when realistically should use the eyebrow ruler for wcample to actually make it more accurate instead of a marker/pen they seemed to be a little frustrated ... read more

Esther was my hero yesterday when I went into Claire's. I was hoping to repurchase a pair of my favourite cow printed heart earrings that I had lost and she was able to find them based off my poor description of them. I was already extremely thrilled until she asked if I wanted to see the cow scrunchies they had. Absolutely I did !! She said she remembered me coming in before looking for cow print items and it just made me so happy to be recognized and seen. Thank you Esther !!
Brittianna pierced my daughter's ears. Esther and Brittianna were very friendly and had amazing customer service skills. We appreciated them staying a little later to help us out. Brittianna did a great job of helping my daughter pick out the perfect earrings and gave her instructions with respect to aftercare. She was very gentle and very informative. Thank you very much!!!! Keep up the good work girl. Claires is the best place in the mall to get your piercings.
