Recently I visited claire’s with my niece and was approached by the associate as normal and greeted when we walked in. The associate asked me for my name which was really uncomfortable to me. Greeting and getting good customer service is one thing but being asked for my name was very off putting … I do not believe I should have to give my name to someone who’s essentially a stranger to me.
