This store is amazing! The manager, Kayla is very personal and professional. She helped boost my child’s confidence by doing a great job piercing ears, and answering all of our questions.

We had an amazing experience at Claire’s! We got our baby’s ears pierced here, and the staff made the entire process smooth and comforting. When our baby lost one of her earrings, the manager, Sandra, went above and beyond to help us. She was incredibly helpful, understanding, and made sure we left satisfied. Her kindness and professionalism truly stood out. We highly recommend this location for anyone considering ear piercing or shopping for accessories! Carmen was amazing! She pierced our 5 year old ears. She made it quick and fun. Carman took extra care because my daughter was nervous. I highly recommend for ear piercing!
