Loved this store. I came here in middle and high school with friends. I see a lot of girls under ten years old coming here but being 24 years old I still find items I love and wish to purchase.

I must say I had a very pleasant experience here. The store is clean, unlike many other locations I've been in. Very easy to shop and the staff is very friendly! The previous review shocked me, because I had my 3 year old daughter's ears pierced here and was very pleased with the outcome :) We will be back for sure!!!

For once, a Claire's that isnt the size of the closet. They seemed to carry the same stuff that they carry in the malls. My daughter was very happy with their selection of products.

If I could give this place a negative rating I would. Pierced my two year olds ears (after waiting in line a half hour). Did them at the same time, my daughter was completely still while they marked her ears, and then pierced them, but one of the girls piercing gun got stuck and as she tried to get it loose she tore my 2 year olds earring out. With my child bleedind and screaming, I was told that I had to pay for the earrings anyway, but I was welcome to come back in a few days to have my daughter's ear repierced. Are you ki... read more

I was not happy tonight with the "service" we received at this location tonight.it was very busy in the store but both employees and what seemed to be one of their boyfriends were behind the counter hanging out talking to each other.when I walked up they still continued talking even when they saw me.I asked if they did ear piercing.The girl said not tonight.I asked why.she said it was to packed.I asked when they would be piercing again.she said tomorrow. THIS LADY IN HERE IS VERY RACIST SHE JUST KEEPS LOOKING AT YOU LIKE U ABOUT TO STEAL SOMETHING.. Today I chose to have my infant's ears pierced at Claire's. I called the store prior to going in and spoke to Kristin, who gave me all the information about their process. I was able to walk in and did not need an appointment. I was greeted by Kristin and she was the person who pierced my child's ear lobes. She was kind, courteous, personable and professional throughout our exchange. My child is rather fussy and Kristin maintained a gentle, patient and kind demeanor during our time in the store.
