I went here on July 21st to get my birthstone piercing 👂 on my third area. This Lady was absolutely super person that I ever had, she was very caring&funny she hundred 100% deserved a more than 100 paycheck. Very rude cashier
I visited this Claire’s location at the mall earlier today, hoping to find some accessories for my daughters birthday. When I asked this older larger employee for assistance, her response was rude and dismissive. She didn’t seem interested in helping, which was disappointing, especially since I’ve always had good experiences before. Key advice, don’t work in customer service/retail with a miserable attitude. I will not be coming back
A large african american lady was very rude, laughing with the white people but when I, (hispanic) came up to her she did not say hello and was very disrespectful.
it is so horrible, my daughter bought this items over 10$, but it is broken and I wanna return it the cashier is so rude. I could not buy something again this store anymore
