The lady that did our kids piercings was very nice but there was one lady in the store she was very rude and seem to be rushing us she gave off a racist vibe I didn’t like only was monitoring our children not any other race of kids that came through the door also at the counter to make payment she was watching over our payment as if we weren’t privileged enough to have the money to pay for our kids piercings, immediately left even though we were told we can pick one free earring each we decided to deny that offer and leave b... read more

Carmen was very professional and took her time to ensure we understood all procedures and instructions.
The lady was rude to my grandma when my grandma was asking about the by 3 get 2 free and she yelled at her for giving her attitude and she was unclear about the buy 3 get 2 free I think she should be fired and my brother started crying because of that lady he could not have Taba squishy and the butter squishy I think she just wants money she made us buy more stuff to get free stuff 🙁
