Today I went in with my 16 year old son, who had his high school id on him and was declined service due to not having a state issued id! By the store manager herself! Who claims it’s required by Texas law- when in fact the law indicates that a minor does not in fact need a state issued id- she deserves to be fired! Calling corporate on Monday!
What kind of attitude was that …with the white lady if she can’t guide the customers with product why is she even there ?? Will never return this location like never!!!
