Customer service is not great at all here. Employees are very rude. African American manager doesn’t seem to know what she is doing. She closed store after telling customers to come back with cash

Came to Claire’s this week on Thursday to keep my kids occupied. Nathaly was very sweet and helpful. She handled my daughter’s piercing very professionally and helped my daughter feel special and comfortable!! Explained the whole process of getting piercing as well as the cleaning. Now my daughter is OBSESSED with her lab grown!! I will be coming back to get my second daughter’s ears pierced next month!!
