Today I went to this Claire’s location in Flagstaff Mall and had the best experience! My best friend and I took my god daughter to get her ears pierced for the first time and Darrian helped to make it such a wonderful experience! She helped all of us feel so comfortable and was amazing at communicating with, and reassuring my god daughter. We had so much fun with the whole thing that my best friend and I decided to get our ears pierced as well. Fantastic customer service!
