Terrible customer service, lady stays on her phone and refuses to assist people. It’s sad that customer service has come down so much, even little stores now… Emeryville is a lovely place, but the people they’ve been hiring… regrettable
Ordered online and walked in to pick up the items. Some items weren’t available and the employees would not provide a written receipt of the refunds nor let me take a photos of the order paper that included the ones they couldn’t find in the store. 3 of 6 items were found. Better to have just refunded the entire order and then rescan the items. All the items were ready for pickup at 1:30pm (emailed) then I show up at 4:40pm and it’s not true.
So first I wanna say I haven’t had such great customer service at a Claire’s ever in my life I am 27 years old and I’ve been going to Claire's since I was 9 and never have I felt so valued as a customer. We had such a great experience here with Leimani. They have a special going on so make sure y'all come see her. She was not a cashier that stood behind register watching us struggle to find stuff.
