Amazing customer service. I got my daughter’s ears pierced here for the first time!
My daughter had her ears pierced here and Karen went above and beyond to make it an amazing and easy experience. She was so kind and helpful.
Terrible customer service, lady stays on her phone and refuses to assist people. It’s sad that customer service has come down so much, even little stores now… Emeryville is a lovely place, but the people they’ve been hiring… regrettable
Ordered online and walked in to pick up the items. Some items weren’t available and the employees would not provide a written receipt of the refunds nor let me take a photos of the order paper that included the ones they couldn’t find in the store. 3 of 6 items were found. Better to have just refunded the entire order and then rescan the items. All the items were ready for pickup at 1:30pm (emailed) then I show up at 4:40pm and it’s not true.
