the person working, Angel, was extremely rude and not willing to explain or give advice to us when we were asking questions because we were confused. they also pierced the ear slanted and didn’t offer any help when we were trying to navigate what to decide on. after the piercing the worker said that we should’ve gone to a place with “a needle”, referring to not get the piercing done at claire’s where they work. the worker also was sighing and having audible sounds of frustration when this was supposed to be a fun experience.... read more
