I strongly recommend that this store put up clear signs stating “You Break It, You Buy It.” During my recent visit, I accidentally bumped into a very unstable shelf in an extremely cramped aisle, and one of the tall cups on it cracked. The store is so small and overcrowded with merchandise that it’s difficult to move around without brushing against something. A staff member immediately told me I had to pay for the broken cup. The store manager Arsi pierced my ears. She did a terrific job and almost a year later I couldn't be happier! Millwoods Town Centre mall isn't as high trafficked as other malls, so it's understandable this Claire's doesn't have as good of a layout for accessories as others like West End Mall in Edmonton, but even then lots of variety! The handbags and earrings I've purchased from here served me many compliments. But the quality of piercing, kindness of Arsi, and the included ear piercing jewelry is great. Thank you!
