Brought my daughter (6) to get here ears pierced today. Julia was so kind and helpful when my daughter got nervous. The store was amazingly clean and organized! Best Claire’s I’ve ever been to.
We attended a birthday party for a dear friend at this Claire’s! The staff members were so wonderful, so patient with a group of 8 year olds, and so accommodating. Katherine and her team were great!!! The store was clean and organized! Well done!!!

Recently, I took my daughter to Claire’s for her first piercing and was thoroughly impressed by the manager, Katherine. Her warm welcome, patience, and professional expertise immediately put my daughter at ease. I highly recommend Claire’s for anyone considering a piercing.
Katherine provided excellent customer service! Walked me through the steps of peircing my ears and made the experience a whole lot less nerve wracking!
