Roberta service was amazing , she was very patient and helpful.
My daughter had her ears pierced and Roberta was amazing. She took time to make sure we were pleased with placement and was honest about materials and sizing. My daughter was very comfortable. Thank you so much!

Who ever was working in the store in the Plymouth meeting mall on 3/31/2025 should be fired. She was very rude and super nasty to my daughter and I. She was rude when asked about the duration of the sale that is going on and then was rude as I re-entered the store after getting cash from my husband who was sitting outside. She stated that the store’s system would register me as a new customer if I re- entered.
