This place was horrible yes it has cute things but the customer service and the associates there are not helpful and very rude it was like I was bothering them!!!

The employee that did my piercing, Imani, was super kind, helpful, and informative. She made me feel comfortable and I was confident in her level of expertise. She did a great job piercing my second earlobe hole.
