Jewelry is cheap and costs twice as much as Amazon nevermind a proper body jewellery store. I'll go somewhere to spend my money to find better stuff. I'm out my money wasted here but the lesson was learned. I don't know how they are still in business.

I’m not from Regina but we drove in to get my daughter’s ears pierced because they could do both at once and because I wanted to share this moment with her grandmother. Picked out the earrings and everything(fyi way too expensive) and then was told they refused to do her ears because I didn’t have my physical license with me. Had it saved on my phone(since Covid), anyone else accepts that….nope not them plus her grandmother had hers again no(not her mother) so had to leave with a crying three year old who was heartbroken. Brought my daughter here to buy her something nice and the worker was following us around and kept an eye on us even when there were other people shopping in this establishment. Terrible experience and for my child to go through that. DO BETTER CLAIERS RATHER THEN PROFILING INDIGENOUS PEOPLE. not returning that's for sure.

Went in this store today to get my ears pierced. The lady was super rude. I went in and said hi she didn’t even say hi she just straight up said “we’re not hiring” well, that wasn’t why I was there and I don’t think that’s a fair thing to say. She should have atleast said hi. I told her that wasn’t why I was there I wanted to get my ears pierced. I chose my earring and told her this is the one I want. No customer service . They don’t care to put return policies on receipts. No manager or supervisor to speak to in-store. Overpriced.
