My 88-year old mother needed help with her new earrings and Dakota was extremely helpful and friendly. My mother had a wonderful experience!

I was in Claire’s with my daughter about 2 weeks ago. My daughter wanted to get her ears pierced Dakota helps us and was more than happy to take care of her. As we interacted with her more I also asked if she would pierce my ears as well. With a smile she responded yes. She was very helpful and caring took her time with my daughter and I highly recommend her.
This is a wonderful location. Dakota is just the sweetest! My two girls were taking forever picking out what they wanted and she was so patient and kind. My little one was complaining of blisters and she immediately went to the back and got her Band-Aids. She definitely went above and beyond. Thanks Dakota!
It would be nice for them to include that you need birth certificates. Made two appts for my very excited girls for being potty trained and why would i carry birth certificates on me without being told prior
