Leandra, a staff member at the Champlain Mall branch, made the entire process incredibly comfortable. She is highly professional, clearly passionate about her work, and her warm, contagious smile put me at ease. I highly recommend this place to anyone considering ear piercings.

Service déplorable ! Le personnel manque totalement d’accueil et de professionnalisme. Les bijoux sont de très mauvaise qualité, ils ne valent clairement pas leur prix. Je déconseille fortement cette boutique
