J’ai fait un piercing au nez ici le 31 janvier 2026. Malgré le suivi strict des soins, il s’est infecté après 6 semaines et 6 jours, et j’ai dû le retirer. La gérante avait promis de m’envoyer le reçu par email, ce qui n’a jamais été fait, et elle a été désagréable et peu aidante lorsque je suis retournée en magasin. Elle n’a pas non plus mentionné que la vente était finale. Très déçue du résultat et du service client.

I got a nose piercing here on January 31, 2026. Despite following all the aftercare instructions, it became infected after 6 weeks and 6 days, and I had to remove it. The manager promised to email me a receipt but never did, and she was dismissive and unhelpful when I returned to the store. She also did not mention that the sale was final. Very disappointed with both the piercing results and customer service.

Really disappointed with the service at Champlain Mall, I asked for advice from a store associate who ultimately gave me the wrong advice and I had to pay for piercings that I couldn't use. She also forgot to mention that I couldn't return them even though I hadn't worn them; I only found out about this when I went back to the store the next day to exchange them. Got my ears pierced here and regret it deeply. They used a piercing gun, which is already a red flag, and gave me cheap earrings that caused irritation from day one. It’s been 7 MONTHS and my ears are still sore, bleeding, and sensitive — even though I followed all aftercare. Go to a professional piercer who uses needles and sterile tools, not a retail store with untrained staff and poor-quality jewelry. Claire’s should not be doing piercings. Period.
