Terrible company
Bishop was such a wonderful help! The store is really busy and she was very patient with me and everyone else and make sure that I got what I was looking for. Exactly what I needed! Thank you, Bishop for working at Claire’s!
Pretty ridiculous I have to look up the stores number and call it to get the clerk’s attention as I’m standing at the counter after 10 minutes of waiting to be checked out. it’s not like the store was dead. It was packed full of people and she was as in a back corner facing away from the register not paying attention to her customers at all. Wake up people.
Do Not have Elizabeth pierce your child's ears. We left before she did my daughters. She would not listen to me, her Mom! She kept waiting for my daughters answer for all the questions, she wouldnt acknowledgeme or listen. This employee shouldnt have this job! She's very unprofessional & rude. Wouldn't let me hold the earring display to look & decide on what we want. We'll go somewhere else.
