Aubrey was absolutely amazing she was so sweet, reassuring and patient! This is the best experience I’ve ever had for piercing my ears!
Just wanted to say this Claire's is amazing! The staff that helped me was super knowledgeable, really patient, and made the whole experience feel comfortable. They were super patient, answered all my questions, and I felt well taken care of. Honestly, a great place for piercings and accessories, highly recommend.
The salesperson did an excellent job piercing my girlfriend’s ears—fast, professional, and skilled. Absolutely recommend them for anyone getting piercings. That said, I was frustrated by how accommodating the staff were to another customer who tried to hijack her time. She should have put her foot down and told them to wait. Pierced my daughter's ears on Friday February 6th. Today my daughter showed me dry blood behind her ears. We went today to clean it. When we came in she said they are closed to tight, I told her we haven't done anything except after care instructions that they gave us. She was able to loosen one bjt other one she suggested we go see a doctor. When we came I told her that 1st time we pierced my daughter's ears, one of the stud earrings went inside. Amazing store! This location is always clean and organized, and the staff are so nice and fun and knowledgeable! And they know how to be patient with nervous kids getting pierced for the first time.
