Pierced my daughter's ears on Friday February 6th. Today my daughter showed me dry blood behind her ears. We went today to clean it. When we came in she said they are closed to tight, I told her we haven't done anything except after care instructions that they gave us. She was able to loosen one bjt other one she suggested we go see a doctor. When we came I told her that 1st time we pierced my daughter's ears, one of the stud earrings went inside. Amazing store! This location is always clean and organized, and the staff are so nice and fun and knowledgeable! And they know how to be patient with nervous kids getting pierced for the first time.
I had the best experience at this store the store manager was called Rym was so kind and helped me with everything! I found the best deals and was extremely delighted with this service the staff were super nice i totally recommend :)
