I called corporate on this location and find that I gave them adequate time to provide a response . Recently my daughter and her friend had a not so pleasant experience at this Claire’s. The end result unfortunately an item was broken, a headband specifically. I paid for the broken item, even though they had multiple broken items on display; and this was a 1.29 headband that you can get on SHEIN in a pack of 3. I had such a pleasant experience today. I took my 5m old daughter to get her ears pierced. I was so nervous but the staff made me feel very comfortable. The young lady whose name I didn’t get was very sweet to my baby girl and my family. Here is a pic of her and my daughter after she pierced her ears.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Claire’s, thanks to Yency! I brought my child, who is autistic, in for an ear piercing, and Yency went above and beyond to make the experience smooth and comfortable. Their patience, kindness, and understanding were truly remarkable.
