I had such a pleasant experience today. I took my 5m old daughter to get her ears pierced. I was so nervous but the staff made me feel very comfortable. The young lady whose name I didn’t get was very sweet to my baby girl and my family. Here is a pic of her and my daughter after she pierced her ears.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Claire’s, thanks to Yency! I brought my child, who is autistic, in for an ear piercing, and Yency went above and beyond to make the experience smooth and comfortable. Rosie is very knowledgeable about everything in the claire's stores. I was there today she is always very nice and helpful I when there to use my birthday coupon and my rewards. When walking into Claire's I was welcomes into the store.
