I needed some old piercings in my ear re-done and also a new cartilage piercing. What an amazing job she did, and the high quality of the 14kt gold (not 10kt) solid and nice! She explained everything I needed to do, for after care, and the selection of earrings was the best and you get the ear solution included in price. Best piercing in Wesley Chapel go to Claire’s!
Tori and Alex at Claire’s were great and an awesome experience for my daughter getting her ears pierced!
Terrible experience in this Claire’s store. My daughter had to make a return for a $7 item and the employees were asking me to sign a receipt, where it asked for my full name, address, and phone number. This was the first time I was asked for these 3 things. The employee was also showing a small attitude, so also a bad experience. Very weird and wouldn’t come back anyways.
Wonderful service . Thanks Alex you were patient and kind to my baby girl .
