There is a worker here if I can remember correctly named Fei, and let me start out by stating that she is the absolute sweetest. I came in with complications of an order and she took the the time to investigate and tried to help me to the best of her abilities. Stevie pierced my ears 3/25. The entire experience was awesome‼️ No pain with the piercing and it looks phenomenal, very kind and personable!
When I arrived at Claire’s today, there was only one associate there. Her name was Jada And although she was super busy and by herself, she made sure she greeted us and followed procedure to the tea with the piercing for my daughter. She was still patient and informative, despite being by herself and busy. And my daughter barely cried while being pierced.
