The store is nice and all but when I came in to get my ears pierced I noticed that the prices have changed. One of my grandchildren had come in to get theirs done a few months ago and those prices weren’t nearly as bad. Now the prices are almost double. This is a poor decision on someone’s part.

The store is bright and organized, with walls full of trendy earrings, bracelets, hair accessories, and little extras that make it way too easy to walk out with more than you planned. What a weirddddd staff. From the moment my friend and I walked in, i felt like we were being stared down and watched. There were two ladies at the register, one younger girl with dark hair and glasses who was incredibly kind and greeted us when we walked in and asked us if we needed help, and a older white blonde woman ( who i assume was the manager ) who didn’t say a word. Just stared us down. Weird micro aggression vibes and kept butting into our private conversations. We just left.
