I myself am not a 7 year old girl. I'm a 36 year old man. So I was grossly underwhelmed with their selection of items. But. I brought my girlfriend's daughter here, who is a 7 year old. She loved it. We spent so long looking at each and every thing, so I can only deduce that must mean 5 stars. If I spent this long in a motorcycle store this small, I'd give it 5 stars. So. Same same I suppose. Had an appointment for our daughter’s birthday. Got there and were told they couldn’t honor the appointment because their computers were down. Last time I checked a computer wasn’t needed to pierce ears. They absolutely should have honored the appointment for a customer regardless of their ability to collect payment. Doing what is right is sometimes more important than a few bucks. We’ll never visit a Claire’s again due to this.

I visited today, August 20th around 2pm and just had the best visit to any Claire's ever- I am a lifelong patron so I have seen quite a few different locations and this was by far the most pleasant experience yet due to the above-and-beyond service of the cashier, the cleanliness and organization of the store, everything was perfect. Went in to just buy a plushie but there was so much stuff that caught my eye and they had such good sales that I just had to leave with a bit more than I planned on. I took my daughter to Clair's and my first impression was that the store was too small, there were a lot of customers and it needed more space to accommodate everyone.
