A great place to get gifts for the kids and nice accessories for all ages too
I myself am not a 7 year old girl. I'm a 36 year old man. So I was grossly underwhelmed with their selection of items. But. I brought my girlfriend's daughter here, who is a 7 year old. She loved it. We spent so long looking at each and every thing, so I can only deduce that must mean 5 stars. If I spent this long in a motorcycle store this small, I'd give it 5 stars. So. Same same I suppose. This Claire's had exactly what I needed. It's a cute little store but has plenty to choose from.
Had an appointment for our daughter’s birthday. Got there and were told they couldn’t honor the appointment because their computers were down. Last time I checked a computer wasn’t needed to pierce ears. They absolutely should have honored the appointment for a customer regardless of their ability to collect payment. Doing what is right is sometimes more important than a few bucks. We’ll never visit a Claire’s again due to this.
