Asked questions and the staff responded with minimal effort
Very poor customer service. I visited this location with my sister about a week ago, there were 3 employees there all standing behind the counter gossiping about another co worker. No one greeted us or spoke to us at all. My sister was there to buy a pair of earring we were ready to pay so we walked up to the cash and no one acknowledged us. Frankly I feel scammed. I took my wife and two girls to get piercings during their monthly free earrings promo in 2024. #1. At the time, the staff did not tell us that there is a maximum of 2 pairs of earrings per month, even if we get 3 piercings. #2. The $ value of the free earrings dropped from up to $17/pair to $10/pair. #3. Also, no one said we need to join the loyalty program to receive the earring barcodes each month at the time of purchase. I took my 7 year old daughter here to get her ear pierced for bday. The two young ladies working I belive thier names were (Abby and Neliaha) were exceptional! They took all the neesed time to explain, answer question and provide post care treatment. They were warm and sensitive to my child and made suggestions to make the experience as painless as possible for her. Honeslty I could not have been happier with the customer service provided at this location. Thank you so much!!! Happy mom
