I’m writing this to share my experience as a recently employed team member. While I enjoyed helping customers, I unfortunately had extremely uncomfortable and inappropriate experiences with the store manager. I’m beyond done with how this location is being run. The number of complaints about the store manager, Shannon, is outrageous, and the fact that nothing has been done about it is unacceptable. At this point, the lack of action is just as concerning as the behavior being reported. According to my daughter and several other employees, Shannon repeatedly crossed lines that any reasonable person would consider sexual harassment. My experience here was not what I expected. The manager seemed to make one of the employees extremely uncomfortable. She was talking about inappropriate things that goes on in her personal life that shouldn’t be discussed in an environment like that. I don’t think it was meant to be heard but the fact that it was, was disturbing. I truly felt bad for the employee who again seemed to appear very uncomfortable.
