Dave and Cody at Claire’s were absolutely amazing today. They pierced my daughter’s ears and made the whole experience so calm and special. They took their time, explained everything clearly, and made sure she felt comfortable every step of the way. Staff was very friendly and helpful
Dave peirced my daughter’s ONE ear FOUR times because he could not get the placement correct. Did not ask to re-do it. My daughter (who is 7), saved up and used her own money to get this one. I emailed and was told that due to the peircing gun jamming that they will not refund. I explained again that the gun did not jam, the peircer made an error 3 times before getting it correct. They refuse to issue a refund and believe that the gun did not jam.
