I would give this company zero stars if I could. I showed up to an ear piercing appt on Friday evening at 8pm. Made this appt online through claires. Upon arrival to the store (which closes at 9 per website and Google) and the sales associate informed me he was leaving that he lived an hour and a half away and would not be doing my scheduled piercing appt. SIOBHAN pointed out all the sales today at Claire's on many items, including my fav clear mini backpack, and I love the sparkle sale! I found some dangling earrings and head bands, buy 3 get 2 free. Sh offered to pierce my ears again but I passed today. Always finding cool bargains ar Claire's. Accessible entrance, and access in venue is good. Accessible restrooms in central mall and van accessible free parking in mall parking lot.
